For Sale By Owner makes it possible for you to sell your home and save thousands of dollars in commissions. It's simple. And with us guiding you through the entire process, it couldn't be easier.

Step 1
Bring us up to five pictures (digital or developed) of your home along with a 40- to 45-word description. For best results, we prefer images to be high-resolution JPEGs (i.e., min. width of 1,167 pixels) sent to us via e-mail or brought to us on CD, DVD, flash drive or we can download them from your camera.

Step 2
After you place your ad, you'll receive your yard signs and our Home Selling Kit.

Step 3
Show your home to prospective buyers.

Step 4
As soon as you reach an agreement with a buyer, complete the buyer and seller worksheets and fax them to us at (540) 774-7602, call us with the information at (540) 774-7601 or bring them to our office.

Step 5
Once we receive the worksheet information, we'll send it to the attorney who will then schedule a time with you and the buyer to write the contract. We cover the attorney's fee — not you.

Step 6
After the contract is signed, we'll monitor the entire transaction process through to settlement.
